MANAGER SALES - BUTTER & FAT – DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

Job Description : Responsible for sales & marketing of Butter & Fats in domestic & International market. Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional& international sales Information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; Preparing and completing action plans; Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; Completing audits, identifying trends, determining regional sales system improvements and implementing change. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national & international objectives. Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors. Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Sale of a business’ products or services in a specified region or geographical area. Provide ongoing support to distribute and produce to product or service. Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals Assisting sales personnel in their techniques Reviewing regional & international expenses and recommending improvements Build relationships with professional services consulting and education field managers to develop joint account plans. Gather and format data and submit responses to RFPs. Define and implement regional sales plans, write presentations, reports and price quotations and support contract negotiations. Manage significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth.
