Vinayak Job Consultant — Candidate Terms & Conditions

Vinayak Job Consultant ("VJC"), Regd. No. 7676/RPR/CE/2005, Raipur (C.G.), is a consultancy firm providing placement and consultancy services to job applicants. By registering with VJC you agree to receive these services on the terms and conditions set out below.

You will pay VJC a consultancy fee equal to 15 days of your first month's salary for the position you join through VJC.
You will pay the consultancy fee within 7 days of your joining date. In lieu of cash, payment by a post-dated cheque dated within 30 days is also accepted.
If you fail to attend an interview despite collecting the interview letter, VJC reserves the right to cancel your registration on the second such occurrence.
If you join a position and then leave it within one month without a legitimate reason, you will pay VJC a consultancy charge of Rs. 5,000.
If, after being selected, you fail to join the concerned company within the mutually agreed or stipulated time without a cogent reason, you will pay VJC a consultancy charge of Rs. 5,000.
VJC has the right to contact you by call, message or e-mail as and when it deems necessary.
Once you have joined an organisation through VJC, you may not attend any other interview arranged by VJC for the subsequent 6 months. In exceptional cases VJC may, at its sole discretion, relax this restriction.
VJC expects you to work in the organisation you join for at least 6 months.
If you join any organisation where you were interviewed through VJC within one calendar year of that interview, you remain liable to pay the consultancy fee of 15 days of your first month's salary.
If you fail to comply with these terms and conditions, VJC shall — without prejudice to any other legal rights it may have against you — be entitled to take appropriate civil and criminal legal action in a court of law.

Vinayak Job Consultant — Employer Terms & Conditions

Vinayak Job Consultant ("VJC"), Regd. No. 7676/RPR/CE/2005, Raipur (C.G.), provides recruitment and manpower consultancy services to client companies on the terms and conditions set out below.

VJC works with your company on the basis of an agreement or work order made on your company letterhead.
VJC's service fee is 8.33% of the annual CTC of each selected candidate, plus applicable taxes.
Bills for the manpower supplied are raised in your company's name, and payment must be made within 7 days of the candidate's joining.
Once your requirements have been submitted, a recruiter will be assigned to your account.
You must respond to the resumes submitted by VJC for approval within 48 hours.
VJC's weekly closing is Friday 5:30 PM; interview feedback must be provided so it can be included in the weekly and monthly reports.
For each selected candidate, a copy of the appointment letter must be provided to VJC for its records, and copies of the salary structure and appointment letter are required for generating the bill.
If a recruited candidate leaves your organisation within 2 months of joining, or does not perform satisfactorily, VJC will provide an equivalent replacement candidate free of charge; the replacement's salary will be decided based on experience and as negotiated at the time of interview.
Payment shall be made by cheque or draft in favour of "VINAYAK JOB CONSULTANT".
Conveyance expenses incurred by outstation candidates in travelling to the interview venue shall be reimbursed by your company.
If any candidate whose profile or resume was shared by VJC joins your organisation within 1 year, VJC is entitled to its service charge for that candidate.
Advertisement expenses related to recruitment are borne by VJC.
