MECHANICAL FITTER FOR STRUCTURAL ROLLINGMILL

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, build, and test mechanical and thermal devices, engines, tools, and machinery. You will manage full-lifecycle product development—from research and conceptual design to prototyping, manufacturing, and failure analysis. Key Responsibilities • Design & Development: Create 3D models, technical drawings, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA). • Analysis & Simulation: Perform stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics analyses using tools like FEA and CFD to validate designs. • Prototyping & Testing: Build, test, and evaluate mechanical prototypes and troubleshoot malfunction issues. • Manufacturing Support: Apply Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) principles and collaborate with production teams to ensure cost-efficiency and quality. • Documentation: Prepare technical reports, operating manuals, risk assessments, and project documentation.
