CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities • Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, execution schedules (using MS Project or Primavera), and milestones to ensure timely delivery. • Site Execution & Quality Control: Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring work complies with architectural designs, structural drawings, and quality standards. • Budget & Cost Management: Monitor project expenditures, manage cash flows, review bills (contractor and vendor invoices), and implement cost-control measures to prevent budget overruns. • Resource Management: Allocate and manage labor, materials, machinery, and subcontractors efficiently to maintain steady project momentum. • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Finalize work orders, manage subcontractor deliverables, and resolve technical variations or disputes on-site. • Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site. Ensure construction complies with local building codes, National Building Code (NBC) guidelines, and statutory approvals. • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily/weekly progress reports (DPR/WPR), material consumption logs, and project documentation for senior management and clients.
