They are responsible for data entry, running daily backups, troubleshooting, and maintaining system logs. Key Responsibilities System Monitoring: Supervise console displays for data processing, networks, and hardware malfunctions. Data Management: Enter, update, and retrieve information from company databases, ensuring data integrity. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on hardware (printers, scanners) and software installations/updates. Backup & Security: Execute data backups to prevent data loss and follow security protocols. Troubleshooting: Resolve or escalate hardware/software issues and user issues.
