Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Financial Reporting Accuracy: Zero major errors in monthly and annual financial statements. • Timeline Adherence: 100% on-time closing of monthly books and statutory filings. • Audit Efficiency: Clean audit reports with minimal management letter comments. • Working Capital Optimization: Reduction in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and optimized inventory aging. Requirements & Qualifications Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (b.com). • Professional certification preferred: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
