Job Role: Sales Telecaller
Job Responsibilities:
Customers ko phone par call karke company ke products aur services ke baare mein information dena.
New customers/leads ko identify karna aur potential customers se contact karna.
Customer ki requirement samajhna aur suitable products suggest karna.
Product ke price, quality, availability aur delivery details batana.
Customer enquiries aur follow-ups ko regularly manage karna.
Interested customers se order generate karna aur sales target achieve karna.
Existing customers ke saath regular follow-up karke repeat business generate karna.
Customer details, enquiries aur follow-up status ko Excel/CRM mein update karna.
Sales team ke saath coordination karke orders aur customer requirements ko process karna.
Customer complaints aur queries ko professionally handle karna.
Required skills
Required Skills: Good communication and convincing skills. Hindi communication mandatory; basic English preferred. Telecalling/Sales experience preferred. Basic computer aur MS Excel knowledge. Customer handling aur follow-up skills. Sales target achieve karne ki ability.
