About this role
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory.
Handle material inward and outward activities.
Verify incoming materials against PO, challan, and invoices.
Maintain proper stock records and inventory registers.
Issue materials to Production, Maintenance and other departments as per requirement.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Maintain GRN, Material Issue Slip, Stock Register and other store documents.
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for replenishment.
Manage storage, identification and proper stacking of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production, Maintenance and Dispatch departments.
Handle ERP / Tally / MS Excel for inventory records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and inventory reports.
Control material shortages, excess stock and discrepancies.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store area.
Qualification
Graduate / Diploma preferred.
ITI / Diploma in relevant trade can also be considered based on experience.
Experience
3–7 Years in Store / Inventory Management, preferably in Steel / Manufacturing / Engineering Industry.
