# HR MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION **Position:** HR Manager **Industry:** Manufacturing / Steel / Engineering Plant **Location:** Raipur, Chhattisgarh ### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage complete HR operations for the plant/organization. * Handle recruitment, manpower planning and onboarding. * Manage employee attendance, leave and shift-related matters. * Handle payroll, salary processing and employee records. * Ensure compliance with **PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Factory Act** and other statutory requirements. * Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters. * Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. * Conduct performance appraisal and employee development activities. * Manage contractor manpower and labour-related documentation. * Handle HR MIS, reports and personnel records. * Coordinate with government departments, labour authorities and statutory agencies when required. * Ensure proper implementation of company rules, policies and safety procedures. * Support management in maintaining a positive work environment. ### QUALIFICATION * MBA / PG Diploma in **HR / Personnel Management** preferred. * Graduate with relevant HR experience can also be considered. ### EXPERIENCE **5–10 Years** of relevant HR experience, preferably in **Steel / Manufacturing / Engineering Plant**. ### REQUIRED SKILLS * Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance * PF / ESIC / Payroll * Recruitment & Manpower Management * Employee Relations * HR Documentation & MIS * MS Excel / HRMS / ERP * Good communication and leadership skills **SALARY:** AS PER EXPERIENCE & INTERVIEW
