Key Responsibilities & Job Description Operational Leadership: Manage end-to-end wire rod mill operations, including furnace operations, rolling stands, cooling, and coiling processes. Production & Efficiency: Develop and implement production schedules, monitor process parameters, and optimize yield while reducing cobble rates and energy consumption. Maintenance Management: Oversee both routine and breakdown maintenance of equipment like walking beam furnaces, shearers, pinch rolls, and coilers. Quality Control: Ensure products meet technical specifications and standards (e.g., ISO and QS audits). Team Management: Lead and guide operators, technicians, and supervisors to maintain a safe and productive environment.
