About this role
We are looking for an experienced production In-charge to lead and manage our foundry operations dealing with alloy steel castings for steel, power & heavy engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of melting, casting processes, metallurgy and defect analysis.
• Experience in handling manpower and production targets.
• Good leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
Required skills
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • 10 –15 years of relevant foundry experience, preferably in steel / stainless steel / alloy steel/Hi Chrome/Ni Hard casting.
