SR. MANAGER/AGM QUALITY FOR STEEL PLAT

A Sr. Manager/AGM Quality in Steel Manufacturing leads quality assurance, process control, and R&D for product/process innovation, ensuring compliance with ISO standards (9001, etc.), managing metallurgical aspects, driving cost reduction, and overseeing teams for defect-free production, from melting (EAF/LF) through casting, rolling, and finishing, using tools like TQM and SAP for performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Quality Management: Implement and maintain QMS (ISO 9001), drive TQM, 5S, and ensure product quality across all stages (melting, casting, rolling). Process Control & Innovation: Develop new steel grades, optimize process parameters (EAF, LF, casting), troubleshoot issues, and scale innovations. R&D & Technical Leadership: Lead R&D trials, product testing, root cause analysis, and interface with customers on technical matters. Operations Oversight: Supervise quality aspects of Steel Melting Shop (SMS), casting, and finishing, aiming for efficiency and cost reduction. Team Leadership: Manage quality and technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, manage certifications, and prepare performance reports
