A Head of Logistics & EXIM Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for directing end-to-end supply chain, warehousing, distribution, and international import-export (EXIM) activities.Key ResponsibilitiesEXIM & Compliance Management: “Lead import-export operations and ensure full customs and DGFT compliance.” Manage export incentives (RODTEP, duty drawback) and validate commercial documentation like letters of credit (LC) and shipping papers.Logistics & Network Optimization: “Lead end-to-end warehouse, logistics, distribution and EXIM operations.” Oversee 3PL partners, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and inventory levels to maximize delivery performance.Cost & Rate Negotiation: Secure competitive ocean and freight transportation rates while aligning logistics strategies with company budgets.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central liaison between warehouse, sales, finance, and external customs authorities.
