Assistant Security Officer - Plant

Assist the Security Officer in managing overall plant security. Supervise and guide security guards and shift personnel. Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and materials. Maintain security at plant gates, stores, parking and important locations. Check visitor passes, ID cards and vehicle documents. Conduct regular security rounds/patrolling of the plant premises. Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities. Maintain records of visitors, vehicles, incidents and security checks. Coordinate during emergencies, fire incidents, accidents and other security situations. Prevent unauthorized entry, theft and movement of company materials. Prepare daily security reports and shift handover reports. Coordinate with HR, Administration, Safety and Plant departments. Ensure security guards follow company rules, SOPs and discipline. Support emergency drills and security inspections.
