About this role
Manage complete accounting and finance operations.
Supervise the Accounts team and allocate daily work.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage GST, TDS, TCS and other statutory compliances.
Monitor accounts payable, receivable, cash flow and bank reconciliation.
Review purchase, sales, expenses, invoices and payment transactions.
Prepare MIS, financial reports and management dashboards.
Handle budgeting, forecasting and cost-control activities.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers and government authorities.
Ensure accurate accounting entries and timely closure of books.
Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Required skills
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management. Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP. Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS and statutory compliance. Financial reporting and budgeting skills. Accounts payable/receivable and cash-flow management. Audit coordination and documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team leadership and communication skills.
