About this role
Operate and drive company vehicles and civil construction equipment safely.
Handle equipment such as tractor, dumper, loader, excavator, JCB, or other assigned machinery as per requirement.
Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to designated locations.
Perform daily inspection and basic maintenance of the vehicle/equipment.
Follow site safety rules and traffic regulations.
Maintain proper logbooks, fuel records, and vehicle documents.
Report equipment breakdowns, defects, or safety issues to the supervisor.
Support civil/site activities as required.
Ensure safe loading, unloading, and transportation of materials.
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle/equipment.
Required skills
Good driving and equipment operating skills. Knowledge of basic vehicle/equipment maintenance. Understanding of civil construction/site operations. Good knowledge of road and workplace safety. Ability to follow instructions and work under site conditions. Good communication and coordination skills. Responsible and safety-conscious attitude.
Good to have
Heavy vehicle driving experience. Civil construction/site experience. Knowledge of construction equipment operation. Basic mechanical troubleshooting. Strong safety awareness. Good discipline and attendance. Ability to work in shifts and outdoor/site conditions. Teamwork and coordination.
