Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to completion.
Manage project timelines, manpower, materials, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Manage project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
Identify project risks and take corrective actions.
Supervise site activities and resolve operational issues.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved time, cost, and quality parameters.
