About this role
Manage complete billing activities for JJM and water supply projects.
Prepare and verify RA Bills, Running Bills, Final Bills, BOQ and Measurement Sheets.
Check quantities and measurements as per drawings, BOQ and work executed at site.
Coordinate with Client, PMC, Government Departments, Engineers and Site Teams for bill approval.
Handle reconciliation of materials, quantities and project costs.
Prepare extra-item, deviation, variation and escalation claims.
Monitor work progress against contract quantities and billing targets.
Verify subcontractor/vendor bills and supporting documents.
Maintain proper billing records, MIS reports and project documentation.
Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.
Review contractual terms, specifications and payment conditions.
Resolve billing discrepancies and support commercial negotiations.
Supervise and guide the billing team across project sites.
Required skills
Strong knowledge of JJM / Water Supply Project Billing Expertise in BOQ, RA Bills, MB, Quantity Surveying and Rate Analysis Knowledge of EPC/Turnkey contracts Strong Excel and billing software skills Knowledge of tender documents and contract conditions Good client/PMC coordination Strong analytical and documentation skills Team management and leadership ability

Strong experience in JJM / Jal Jeevan Mission projects Expertise in RA Bills, MB, BOQ & Final Billing Excellent knowledge of Quantity Surveying & Rate Analysis Experience in Water Supply & Pipeline Projects Knowledge of Government/EPC contracts & tender conditions Strong Excel & Billing Software skills Experience in Extra Item, Deviation & Variation Claims Strong Client/PMC/Government Department Coordination Material and quantity reconciliation skills Subcontractor/vendor bill verification Strong MIS, documentation & reporting skills Team handling and leadership ability Good analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to achieve billing targets and ensure timely bill submission
