About this role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Executive – Talent Acquisition to support and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Required skills
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills. Good knowledge of recruitment and selection processes. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment/HR software. Good negotiation and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Strong follow-up and time-management skills.

Experience with end-to-end recruitment Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment Good knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques Experience with ATS/HRMS recruitment software Strong interview coordination and candidate management Good negotiation and offer management skills Knowledge of recruitment metrics and MIS reporting Strong follow-up and stakeholder management
