About this role
Generate new customers and develop existing business for bearings and industrial products.
Visit industries, dealers, distributors, workshops and potential customers regularly.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bearing products.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales orders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
Coordinate with the technical, dispatch and accounts teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and customer requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly sales visit reports and maintain customer records.

trong knowledge of industrial & automotive bearings Experience in field sales / B2B sales Industrial customer and dealer handling Good lead generation & business development skills Strong negotiation and convincing skills Knowledge of bearing brands, applications and specifications Experience in handling industries, workshops, dealers & distributors Good market knowledge and competitor analysis Ability to achieve monthly sales targets Strong customer relationship management Good communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel for customer visits Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM & sales reporting Technical knowledge of mechanical products will be an advantage
