About this role
Coordinate with the sales team, customers, dealers and distributors.
Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and WhatsApp.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and related documents.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries.
Maintain customer databases, sales records and MIS reports.
Coordinate with accounts, dispatch and logistics teams for timely order processing.
Track sales targets, pending orders and payments.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Provide administrative and backend support to the sales team.
Maintain proper documentation and customer records.
