About this role
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Forklift Operator to handle material movement and loading/unloading activities within the DRI plant. The operator will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of the forklift, proper handling of raw materials and finished products, and maintaining workplace safety standards.
Required skills
Previous experience in a DRI, steel, sponge iron, manufacturing, warehouse, or heavy-industry plant preferred. Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience preferred. Good knowledge of forklift safety and material-handling procedures. Ability to work in a hot, dusty, and industrial environment. Physically fit and capable of working in shifts. Responsible attitude with strong safety awareness. Ability to understand basic instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
Good to have
Candidates with experience in DRI/Sponge Iron, Steel Plant, Warehouse, Logistics, Raw Material Handling, or Heavy Engineering industries will be preferred
