About this role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to oversee plant operations, production activities, manpower, maintenance coordination, quality, safety, and overall operational performance in a metallic/steel manufacturing environment
Required skills
Strong Plant & Production Management experience. Knowledge of metal/steel manufacturing processes. Leadership and team-management skills. Good knowledge of production planning and process optimization. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Knowledge of quality and safety systems. Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel/MIS/ERP preferred.
Good to have
Candidates with experience in Steel Plant, DRI, Ferro Alloy, Rolling Mill, Foundry, Casting, Melting, RMHS, CPP or other metallic manufacturing operations may be preferred.
