About this role
Responsible for operating the HR Coil Cut-to-Length (CTL) machine for converting steel coils into sheets of specified length and width while maintaining production, quality, safety, and machine performance standards.
Required skills
Good knowledge of HR Coil and CTL line operation. Knowledge of decoiler, leveler, feeder, shear and stacker. Machine setting and parameter adjustment. Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, measuring tape and steel ruler. Basic mechanical troubleshooting. Quality inspection and defect identification. Production reporting and documentation. Good safety awareness and teamwork.
