Perform ARC, MIG, TIG or Gas Welding as per job requirements. Carry out welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance work on plant equipment and structures. Read and understand basic drawings, welding symbols, and job specifications. Prepare, align, and fit components before welding. Perform welding on MS/SS structures, pipes, frames, supports, and machinery components. Inspect weld joints for cracks, porosity, undercut, and other defects. Operate and maintain welding machines, cutting equipment, and hand tools. Follow prescribed welding procedures and quality standards. Use proper PPE and safety procedures while performing hot work. Maintain housekeeping and ensure safe working conditions at the workplace.
