About this role
Implement and monitor EHS & safety procedures across the plant.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
Identify hazards and perform risk assessments/JSA.
Ensure compliance with PPE, work permits, LOTO, work-at-height and confined-space procedures.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training and emergency drills.
Investigate accidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and prepare reports.
Monitor contractor safety and ensure compliance with plant safety standards.
Maintain safety records, inspection reports and statutory documentation.
Coordinate with production, maintenance and other departments for corrective actions.
Support emergency preparedness and fire-safety activities.ff
