Required skills
Cross-functional Coordination: Ability to seamlessly work alongside Mechanical, Electrical, Production, and Safety HODs to plan capital shutdowns and minimize plant downtime. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for sudden structural failures, soil settlement issues, or water drainage/effluent management challenges in heavy industrial setups. Communication & Negotiation: Effective leadership communication for managing local labor unions, external contractors, and corporate management.
