To perform precise land, site, and topographical surveys using advanced surveying instruments, ensuring that all structural layouts, alignments, machine foundations, and earthwork excavations at the plant comply strictly with engineering drawings and design specifications.
Required skills
Instrument Handling: Expert-level proficiency in operating modern surveying equipment: Total Station (for angle and distance measurement, layout setting). Auto Level / Digital Level (for elevation checks and leveling). DGPS / RTK GPS (for large-area topographical mapping and geo-referencing). Software Competency: Basic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD and civil design software to transfer field data, plot contours, and prepare layout drawings. Calculation & Metrology: Strong aptitude in mathematical computations, trigonometric leveling, coordinate geometry, and reading complex civil/structural engineering blueprints.
