About this role
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Professional to manage our brand's online presence, generate qualified leads, and execute digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will handle social media channels, performance marketing (paid ads), SEO, and basic content creation to boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Required skills
Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing): Hands-on experience setting up, running, and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, or Local campaigns) for lead generation or sales. Social Media Management: Proficiency in planning content calendars, writing engaging captions, and handling community engagement across platforms. Basic Graphic Design & Video Editing: Ability to design eye-catching creatives using tools like Canva or Adobe suite, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) using apps like VN or CapCut. SEO & Local Listings: Working knowledge of search engine optimization principles and managing Google Business Profile (crucial for local visibility in Raipur/Bhilai). Analytics & Reporting: Familiarity with tracking tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite insights to measure campaign performance. 2. Tools & Software Proficiency Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite Google Ads & Google Analytics Canva / Adobe Photoshop (Basic) Video editing tools (VN, CapCut, or InShot) Excel / Google Sheets (for tracking data and campaign metrics) 3. Soft Skills & Communication Creativity & Innovation: Ability to stay updated with current social media trends, memes, and regional consumer behavior in Chhattisgarh. Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English to craft compelling ad copy and connect with local audiences. Analytical Mindset: Capability to interpret data, understand what works, and adjust strategies to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks like content posting, ad monitoring, and reporting independently.
