About this role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter / Consultant to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and interview candidates, match talent with business requirements, and build a reliable pipeline of professionals for various industries across the Chhattisgarh region.
Required skills
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), professional networks, and local pipelines.Screening & Assessment: Ability to review resumes effectively, conduct initial telephonic/in-person interviews, and judge technical/cultural fit. Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi and English, coupled with negotiation skills to manage salary expectations and close offers. Data Management & Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking metrics and familiarity with basic Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software. Time Management & Organization: Ability to multitask, manage multiple open roles simultaneously, and coordinate interview schedules seamlessly.
