Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manpower, work activities, and production/maintenance tasks. The candidate will be responsible for allocating work to employees, monitoring performance, ensuring quality and safety standards, maintaining records, and coordinating with management and other departments. The Supervisor should be capable of handling teams, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that assigned work is completed efficiently and within the required timeline. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities. Allocate work and responsibilities among workers and operators. Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and performance. Ensure work is completed according to company procedures and schedules. Monitor quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. Coordinate with production, maintenance, stores, dispatch, and other departments. Identify operational problems and take appropriate corrective action. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, machines, and materials. Maintain daily production/work reports and records. Ensure workplace safety rules and SOPs are followed. Conduct toolbox meetings and communicate work instructions when required. Train and guide workers on proper work procedures. Report breakdowns, delays, material shortages, and other issues to management. Maintain discipline and proper housekeeping at the workplace. Ensure timely completion of assigned targets. Technical diploma or relevant certification preferred for industrial roles. Previous experience in supervision, manufacturing, production, maintenance, warehouse, or industrial operations preferred. Good knowledge of workplace safety and operational procedures.
