Policy Issuance & Documentation: Processing new insurance policy proposals, renewals, and endorsements accurately into the system.Data Management: Maintaining digital records, customer databases, and insurance logs with high data-entry accuracy.Claims Processing Support: Assisting the backend claims team with document verification, data entry, and file coordination.Coordination: Acting as an internal bridge between the branch sales/marketing teams, regional office, and policyholders to resolve discrepancies.Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports for branch operations.Required QualificationsEducational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate) in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BA, or BCA preferred). Candidates with strong computer proficiency are prioritized.Core Skills:Good typing speed and high accuracy in data entry.Proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Excel and Word).Good written and verbal communication skills for internal correspondence.Basic understanding or prior background in general insurance operations (GI experience is a plus).
