About this role
Supervision of raw material loading activities.
Tracking and monitoring trucks before and after loading until they reach the plant.
Coordinating transportation and logistics operations.
Traveling to nearby areas and other states as per requirement.
Maintaining loading records and operational reports.
Ensuring smooth movement of raw materials and timely dispatch.
Required skills
Yard & Material Management: Expertise in handling bulk raw materials (stacking, reclaiming, blending, and stockyard management) to prevent degradation or contamination. Weighbridge & Inbound Logistics: Proficiency in managing weighbridge operations, verifying transport documentation (eway bills, challans, invoices), and inspecting incoming trucks/railway rakes. Quality Screening & Sampling: Basic ability to coordinate sample collection and testing (moisture content, sizing, grade purity) with the quality control (QC) laboratory before acceptance. Equipment Familiarity: Oversight or basic coordination of material handling equipment such as payloaders, conveyors, cranes, and excavators.
