Accounts Receivable & Payable (AR/AP): Vendor ledger reconciliation, tracking customer payments, following up on outstanding dues, and managing security deposits or earnest money deposits (EMD). Weighbridge & Logistics Accounting: Cross-verifying weighbridge slips (tare and gross weights) with dispatch orders, transit bills, and transporter freight calculations. 2. Statutory, Tax & Compliance Skills GST & Taxation: Practical knowledge of GST compliance applicable to mineral trade, e-way bill generation, and tax invoice verifications. TDS & Financial Deductions: Managing Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) for contractor payments and maintaining statutory deduction records. Regulatory Documentation: Ensuring compliance with state/central mineral transport permissions, royalty payments, and transit passes (e-Permits). 3. ERP & Software Skills SAP ERP Competency: Hands-on proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) modules for recording purchases, sales, and inventory data.
