Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records of dispatched coal.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the loaded coal meets quality standards and handle issues regarding shortages or quality disputes.
Team Leadership: Supervise loading staff, operators, and security personnel.
Safety Adherence: Enforce all site safety rules during loading and transport operations.

Weighbridge Management: Supervision of computerized gross and tare weight measurements, preventing pilferage, handling weight discrepancies, and ensuring accurate weighbridge-to-ERP integration. Fleet & Turnaround Time (TAT) Optimization: Managing transport vehicle queues, coordinating with transporters and drivers, and minimizing turnaround time for tippers, hyvas, and railway rakes (siding operations).
