Electrical head for sponge and power gm

Lead the complete Electrical Department for Sponge Iron/DRI and Power Plant operations. Manage electrical maintenance of HT/LT systems, transformers, motors, MCC, PCC, VFD, switchgear and substations. Ensure reliable power supply and maximum equipment availability. Handle electrical systems of WHRB/AFBC/CFBC power plant and captive power generation. Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance. Monitor electrical energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures. Troubleshoot major electrical faults and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Projects departments. Manage electrical shutdowns, maintenance planning and critical spares. Ensure compliance with electrical safety, LOTO and statutory requirements. Lead electrical projects, capacity expansion and system improvement activities. Manage electrical manpower, contractors and departmental budgets. Prepare MIS, maintenance reports, energy reports and KPI reports for management.
