About this role
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings and appointments.
Prepare MIS, presentations, reports and official documents.
Coordinate with department heads, clients, vendors and external stakeholders.
Handle emails, correspondence and follow-ups.
Maintain confidential company and management information.
Track important tasks, deadlines and action points.
Arrange meetings and prepare meeting agendas/minutes.
Coordinate travel, accommodation and business schedules.
Follow up with departments on instructions given by the Director.
Required skills
Calendar & Schedule Management: Ability to manage complex, shifting calendars, set up appointments, and coordinate travel itineraries.Correspondence & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication to act as a primary point of contact between the Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Meeting Management: Proficiency in organizing board/executive meetings, drafting agendas, and recording accurate meeting minutes.Information Handling: Strong gatekeeping, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive corporate and personal data.
