About this role
Plan and supervise civil construction and maintenance activities.
Prepare and review BOQ, estimates, drawings and material requirements.
Monitor RCC, structural, foundation, flooring, drainage and road works.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and site teams.
Ensure construction work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct quality inspections of construction materials and workmanship.
Monitor project progress, manpower and material utilization.
Check measurements, contractor bills and work completion reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards.
