Process Optimization: Streamline raw bagasse drying, depithing, and storage processes to prevent degradation and spontaneous combustion.
Quality Assurance: Monitor moisture content, fiber length, and ash composition to meet strict industry standards.
Product Development: Develop and refine methods for converting bagasse into pellets, briquettes, bio-ethanol, molded fiber tableware, or paper pulp.
Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with sugar mills for consistent biomass sourcing and manage inventory seasonal variations.
Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure all processing methods align with environmental regulations and carbon emission standards.
Required skills
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of bagasse gasification, anaerobic digestion, or thermo-mechanical pulping processes.
