SUPERVISOR FOR STEEL INDUSTRY - TMT BARS/MS INGOTS - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Team leadership: Supervise, train, and provide direction and feedback to production or construction crews to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely. Production oversight: Coordinate and plan shift activities to meet production schedules, manage resources, and ensure output aligns with quality standards. Safety and compliance: Serve as a safety leader, ensure all activities comply with regulations, conduct safety checks, and enforce safety policies. Quality control: Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and coordinate with quality control teams to address any non-conformances. Maintenance and problem-solving: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or structural issues, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams when necessary. Reporting and continuous improvement: Maintain production records, develop reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and suggest improvements. Project coordination: Work with other departments, project managers, and suppliers to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
