About this role
Production: Operating production machinery, assembling components, and feeding raw materials.
Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards.
Safety & Compliance: Following all health, safety, and procedural guidelines, and wearing required protective gear.
Maintenance: Keeping work areas clean, performing minor machine adjustments, and reporting malfunctions.
Packaging & Logistics: Packing, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment, sometimes using forklifts or pallet jacks.
Required skills
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. Teamwork and good communication. Physical stamina for standing and lifting.
