Route Planning: Assign loads and design efficient delivery routes based on vehicle capacity, traffic, and schedules.
Real-Time Tracking: Monitor vehicle GPS locations and adjust estimated times of arrival (ETAs) when delays happen.
Communication Hub: Maintain contact with drivers and customers to solve transit problems and report status updates.
Documentation: Update transportation management software (TMS) with delivery notes, logs, and incident reports.
