Analysis and diagnosis the hydraulic system failures in machines and further initiate
corrective actions to avoid breakdowns.
Skilled in installation, testing and repair work of equipment.
Developed, performed and scheduled preventive condition based maintenance on
routine basis.
Assessing the needs of equipment supplies and spare parts and maintaining their
inventory.
Required skills
Submerged Arc Furnace (SAF) Support: Understanding the mechanical systems associated with ferro-alloy production, including furnace shell cooling systems, electrode clamping/lifting mechanisms, hydraulic power units, and charging systems. Plant Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Hands-on knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for heavy industrial machinery. Rotary & Static Equipment: Experience in maintaining and aligning heavy-duty equipment like centrifugal pumps, industrial blowers, exhaust fans, gearboxes, belt conveyors, crushers, and screens. Hydraulics & Pneumatics: Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic power packs, pneumatic control valves, and high-pressure piping networks commonly used in heavy manufacturing plants.
