About this role
Infrastructure & Network Management
Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure including Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), VLANs, fiber-optic links, and structured cabling across the plant premises and office blocks.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot core network equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
Maintain and administer servers (Windows/Linux), Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and file-sharing services.
Hardware & System Administration
Provide hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for desktop PCs, laptops, industrial terminals, and printers.
Manage and maintain plant surveillance systems, including CCTV networks, IP cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVR), and biometric attendance/access control terminals.
Oversee IT hardware and software inventory, asset tracking, warranty management, and vendor/AMC coordination.
Required skills
Network Administration: Hands-on expertise with LAN/WAN, VLAN configuration, fiber-optic links, structured cabling, and router/switch/firewall management. System Administration: Proficient in managing Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP. Hardware & End-User Support: Troubleshooting desktop PCs, laptops, industrial terminals, printers, and biometric/access control systems. Surveillance Systems: Experience in managing IP CCTV networks, NVRs, and security cameras across plant boundaries.
