About this role
Scheduling: Build daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and facility capacity.
Material Control: Coordinate with purchasing teams to monitor raw material stock levels and prevent shortages.
Workflow Monitoring: Track work-in-progress (WIP) stages, spot operational bottlenecks, and apply quick fixes.
Data & ERP Management: Update enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems with work orders, bills of materials (BOM), and status reports.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Connect with quality assurance, maintenance, and dispatch teams to align targets.
Required skills
Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and reading engineering designs. Software: High proficiency in like SAP or Oracle, plus advanced Excel. Soft Skills: Clear communication, analytical problem-solving, and good time management under pressure.
