About this role
Technical Support: Assist senior engineers and sales reps by answering client questions and running product demonstrations.
Client Consultation: Meet with customers to analyze their requirements and suggest the right equipment or services.
Proposal Preparation: Help draft technical sections of bids, cost estimates, and sales proposals.
Internal Coordination: Work with the engineering and shipping teams to ensure orders meet client specifications and delivery goals.
Market Research: Track competitor offerings and learn new product updates.
Required skills
Skills: Good speaking and listening skills, basic problem-solving abilities, and comfort talking to new people. Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in an industrial or technical sales environment (internships count). Travel: Willingness to visit local clients or job sites as needed.
