Key Responsibilities
Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures. Scrub and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks.
Bedding and Laundry: Change bed linens, make beds, wash towels, and manage laundry duties as required.
Restocking and Organizing: Replenish room amenities, guest supplies, and cleaning consumables. Keep storage closets clean and stocked.
Waste Management: Collect trash and recycling, empty bins, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Maintenance Reporting: Inspect areas for damages, safety hazards, or broken equipment and report them to management
Required skills
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items or equipment (typically up to 25–50 lbs). Attention to Detail: Strong cleaning standards to ensure hygienic and orderly spaces. Time Management: Ability to efficiently complete tasks independently or as part of a team. Education: Usually requires a high school diploma or equivalent, though on-the-job training is common.
