LOADING SUPERVISOR FOR LOGISTICS

A Loading Supervisor coordinates and oversees the safe, accurate, and efficient loading and unloading of goods, materials, or cargo in warehouses, distribution centers, or shipping yards. Key Responsibilities • Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks to loaders and unloaders, manage work schedules, and direct floor operations. • Order & Document Verification: Cross-check loaded or unloaded items against pick slips, work orders, bills of lading, and delivery challans. • Safety & Quality Enforcement: Enforce workplace safety protocols, inspect equipment (such as forklifts and truck pallets), and ensure proper material stacking to prevent transit damage. • Schedule Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transport teams to align loading sequences with delivery timeframes. • Compliance & Reporting: Monitor inventory accuracy, follow protocols like FIFO (First-In, First-Out), and report discrepancies or damaged goods to senior management
