Enterprise Applications & ERP: Own and maintain core business applications, ERP systems, and cross-functional integrations (finance, HR, supply chain, and sales). Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee servers, networks, cloud environments, telecommunications, and end-user hardware. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Enforce security policies, firewalls, endpoint protection, routine backups, disaster recovery (DR) testing, and statutory audit compliance. Vendor & Contract Management: Evaluate, negotiate, and monitor third-party service providers, hardware/software vendors, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and evaluate IT support and administrative personnel to maintain high service level agreements (SLAs)
