A Sales MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive manages, cleans, analyzes, and reports sales data to help sales teams and leadership track performance against targets. Job Title Sales MIS Executive Role Summary The Sales MIS Executive sits between field/inside sales teams and management. You will turn raw sales numbers, CRM entries, and ERP sheets into clear, actionable reports, dashboards, and growth insights. Key Responsibilities Daily & Periodic Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales trackers, funnel reports, and achievement summaries. Target & Incentive Monitoring: Track individual and regional sales quotas, order bookings, pipeline movement, and sales incentives. Data Cleaning & Reconciliation: Extract sales data from CRM systems, ERP tools, or spreadsheets, ensuring zero errors, missing links, or duplication. Dashboard Management: Build and maintain dynamic, interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Trend & Variance Analysis: Analyze why sales targets were missed or exceeded, highlighting top-performing regions, products (SKUs), or sales representatives. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with sales managers, finance, and operations to resolve data discrepancies and support strategy meetings.
